Set up a booking page

Let people book lessons in your available hours.

Booking pages let students and prospective students pick a slot themselves instead of messaging you to arrange one. Every teacher starts with two inactive presets: a 20-minute intro and a 60-minute lesson.

  1. Open the Booking tab and press Edit on a booking page.
  2. Set the weekly hours you're available and your timezone.
  3. Choose who can book: anyone with the link, or only your own students.
  4. Set a link to activate it — a page stays inactive until it has one.

Notice and booking distance

Booking notice is the minimum warning you'll accept before a slot. Max booking distance is how far ahead someone can book. Both are set per booking page, so an intro call and a full lesson can have different rules.
