Work with other teachers

A school lets several teachers work under one roof. Everyone keeps their own students, classrooms and materials by default — nothing is shared until you deliberately share it.

Roles

Each member has a role carrying a set of permissions. Four come as standard: Admin, Manager, Teacher and Methodist. You can edit them or create your own, and you can override permissions for one member without changing their whole role.

Sharing access

Use Manage access on a member to grant them access to another member's materials, classrooms or students. A grant only takes effect if their role also carries the matching permission — both have to line up.
